3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

na880 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.2 Deposit Rules

Deposited funds will be credited directly to your na880 account balance. On a first deposit, the user is eligible for a 100% welcome bonus (up to ৳5,000) if the applicable bonus conditions are met.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• A verified payment method must be linked to the account to make a withdrawal.
• Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• na880 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if fraud or irregularity is suspected.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited. This may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

na880 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, but the general policies below apply to all bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On a first deposit, the user will receive a 100% bonus, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, wagering requirements must be met — only 15 times the bonus amount needs to be wagered (not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Irregularities

• If bonus abuse is suspected, na880 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting activity — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

5 Betting Rules & Sports Policy

The following rules must be strictly followed for all betting activity on na880.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each market and are clearly shown on each event or game page. na880 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally also cancelled and funds are returned.
• na880 reserves the right to cancel bets where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Bets identified as related to deliberate manipulation of information or match-fixing will be cancelled.

5.3 Casino Games

10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the na880 platform — logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of na880. These assets may not be reproduced, distributed, or used by any individual or entity without prior written permission.

Games from game provider companies such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe are operated under the intellectual property of their respective companies.

11 Limitation of Liability

na880 bears no responsibility in the following circumstances:

• If any bet or game session is affected by an internet disconnection or technical failure.
• If any transaction is delayed due to a failure by third-party software or a payment provider.
• For any loss resulting from a user's negligence or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
• For financial loss resulting from betting outcomes not going as expected.

na880 always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, but does not claim complete exemption from liability in the event of unforeseen technical issues.

12 Account Closure & Service Termination

12.1 At the User's Request

Any user may at any time request the closure of their account through support. Any remaining balance (if wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.2 At na880's Initiative

na880 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account due to a breach of terms, fraud, illegal activity, or a security risk. Whether the balance will be returned will be decided after reviewing the circumstances.

12.3 Service Closure Notice

If na880 ever decides to shut down the service entirely, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance and given sufficient opportunity to withdraw their funds.

If the matter is not resolved through support, na880 follows a neutral investigation process. It is recommended that all complaints be submitted in writing with relevant evidence attached. na880 generally responds to complaints within a reasonable time after receipt.
